One of the questions I get asked all the time is "Edna- But How do I find Investors?"

I understand that feeling...I know how frustrating it can be when you look around and all you see is people with no money.

The fact is there are potential investors everywhere. Some of them don't even know they have the capability to invest in Real Estate.

It starts with educating them - in some cases helping them find the money through RSP's, TFSA's, HELOC's etc.
