Change your mindset, change your life. It sounds so easy, yet many of us tell ourselves it’s too late to change careers or that we don’t have enough time to learn something new. Living with these limiting beliefs creates a self-fulfilling prophecy: we believe we can’t, so we don’t. If we instead lived in terms of “I can” and “I will”, imagine what we could achieve!
I believe our thoughts have incredible power over our everyday lives, and that our moods and behaviors are a reflection of how we think.
Many people asked me “what if I study mindset and I still don't go anywhere’. You know, Mindset is a continuous study it never goes away. Every time you want to go to a new level, one of my coaches used to say that "New level, New Devil", you are going to work on your mindset, it's absolutely necessary. Things that you do to work on your mindset: affirmations, things that you say to yourself. Lots of time we don't even recognize the verbiage that we use with ourselves, sometimes we are our own worst enemy and sometimes we will say based on things happened in the past, oh I am not good at that, I can't do that. But you know whatever you think "You Can or You Can't", you are right. So that's why your mindset is so important.
You really have to start paying attention to what you really think. It might be such a fleeting fast thought, that is so ingrained into your system that you don't even realize that you think it. It might be people don't want to deal with me, oh! I am not good at math, who am I think to own an apartment building? All of these are mindset issues that you definitely, definitely can get through. It's a matter of practicing the way that you think. The Universe wants to give you what you want. But a lot of time we have conflicting thoughts. Until we really pay attention and notice that, you can change it.
