Today, Edna is interviewing Keaton Wlaz who saw the value in real estate and business from an early age at 21 years old when he purchased his first home and rented each of his rooms out to university students. He spent several years learning by the mistakes made with that first property and investing in his real estate education.
Now, at 28 years old, Keaton has transacted on several residential properties. He has moved forward into the multi-family and commercial world of investing and is leveraging other people's money through various strategies. Today Keaton has ownership in 40 doors. He loves networking and making new connections with other like minded people.
Keaton grew up in the small farming community of Carrot River, Saskatchewan. He attended college in Alberta and shortly after returned back to Saskatchewan working for various law enforcement agencies. Keaton is currently employed as a police officer with a generous schedule that allows him to focus lots of his time as a real estate investor. Keaton is an avid traveler with plans to continue experiencing different parts of the world.
