On this topic, I am sharing you some practices that use to keep myself focused.
Whenever you struggle or have challenges with anything, don't hold two thoughts same time in your mind.
For example, how do you recognize that some thoughts are not align with your vision? You don't feel good for that thought and if you start paying attention to what makes you feel good and what's not and if you put that in practice throughout your life- it can happen very very quickly to you.
Change your life, change your thoughts, change your focus -change your life.
Remember, whatever you focus on, expands.
